TIPS/GUIDES for BEAUTIFUL & NEW BORACAY ISLAND travel
Hello everyone!
Thinking for a place to visit?
Wanna relax and meditate?
Wanna see blue sky and sea?
Here is the solution....
Me and my husband visited the new Boracay Island and it is indeed Wonderful and more clean than back then.
The rehabilitation of Boracay Island is 80 percent complete and will be completed by December 2020.
We will be sharing to you some photos that we took of 2019 New Boracay Island.
LOOK HOW CLEAN THE SEA IS....OHH!! THE SKY AS WELL ^.^
Boracay, the beach capital of the Philippines, is an ideal spot for a fabulous weekend getaway. It is famous for its pristine beaches with clear waters tinged in a shade of bright turquoise, the most notable of which is the 4 kilometre stretch of White Beach.
Boracay has become the model for sustainable tourism, and the success of the rehabilitation program is a potential springboard for establishing a culture of environmentally conscious tourism across the country. Both us us witnessed the successed of this rehabilitation program.
PEOPLE ARE RELAXING UNDER THE HEAT OF THE SUN AND PALM TREES...
The positive effects of Boracay’s temporary closure look set to continue in terms of promoting a diversified offering of destinations, and encouraging sustainable practices and the rehabilitation of over-saturated areas.
During summer, it is largely populated by tourists, some who have travelled far and wide to reach this piece of paradise. In the day, travellers can frolic on Boracay’s incredible beaches, listening to the sound of the lapping waves.
THE SUNSET IS INDEED COOL, ISN"T IT??? :)
I’ve seen plenty of stunning sunsets in various locations around the Philippines, and it is safe to say that Boracay’s sunsets ranks high on the list.
~Best spots to catch the sunsets ~
Diniwid Beach
The best seat to view this spectacular scene is on the secluded shores of Diniwid Beach. This 200 metres stretch of sand is located to the north of White Beach and is favourite among travelling couples.
Puka Beach
Another quiet spot to view the sunset is Puka Beach, named after the puka shells littered across the white sands. These shells are picked up by locals and made into beautiful necklaces and handicrafts sold in souvenir shops nearby.
Manoc-Manoc Beach
Another fantastic sunset viewing spot is along the Manoc-Manoc Beach, which is located at the other end of White Beach. From White Beach, head south until you come across a local village.
~Best spots to catch the sunrise~
Bulabog Beach
At the eastern shore of Boracay is Bulabog Beach, a famous spot for kitesurfing. This side of the island is less-developed and quieter as compared to the western side along White Beach, where the more populated Stations 1, 2 and 3 are located.
Mount Luho
Another fantastic sunrise viewing point is at the top of Mount Luho, the highest point in Boracay. To get there, travellers can hire a tricycle or simply hike up the hill.
FUN OF SHOPPING?
Let’s face it, even though it’s “touristy” and never “off the beaten path,” we can’t help but pick ourselves out some souvenirs to remember a memorable trip by. Don’t worry, you’re not alone. This island likes to cater in as many pleasures as possible—even shopping!
10 Coolest Souvenirs That You Can Buy in Boracay:
1. T-Shirts.
2. Dried Mangoes.

3. Sand Bottle Key Chains.
4. Puka Shells.

5. Barrel Man.

6. Bags.

7. Dresses.

OHHH WAIT... HERE ARE MORE TIPS FOR YOU :)
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO VISIT PUKA BEACH!
Puka Shell Beach is a place where you can still experience the purity of Boracay.
Bil-At Beach is a beautiful little beach located just right of Puka Beach’s entrance area. It’s only connected to Puka Beach during low tide though. During mid to high tide you’ll have to wade through the water or swim to get there.
These are most of the things to do on Puka Beach other than beach bumming:
- Kayaking or paddleboarding: A fun way to explore Puka’s coastline and to get to see it from a wider, more distant perspective.
- Watch the sunset: While sunset is the busiest time on White Beach, on Puka it’s the quietest time. So if you’re looking for a romantic or quiet and peaceful sunset getaway, Puka Beach is one of, if not your best option.
- Swimming: Cool off and see the clear blue water from up close. Be aware that you can only stand about 5 meters in though.
- Volleyball: Where there’s a beach, there’s volleyball. And Puka Beach didn’t miss the opportunity to have volleyball nets set up for those who wants to enjoy the beach and be sporty at the same time.
- Massage: After all that moving around your body may ache a bit. What’s the best way to fix that? The ever famous beach side massage of course 🙂
ENJOY YOUR FUTURE TRIP IN THIS BEAUTIFUL ISLAND :)
